It can often be very confronting and stressful to undertake this process for yourself or on behalf of a loved one. We understand the emotional burden that these decisions can take for all family members. As such, we aim to alleviate as much of this stress from you as possible. We will guarantee to look at all the options that are available to you and will aim to be your partner in this time of important change and transition.
Charles Green
Director, Co-Founder
Charles is an experienced financial services executive who consults to Australian listed companies to improve outcomes for key stakeholders, including company Chairs, Boards, senior management, and shareholders.
In early 2020, Charles co-founded Geras Partners, a private equity aged care advice platform, which supports older Australians transitioning to their golden years, and make the most of their residential aged care options, and take full advantage of their pension entitlements.
In addition to formal qualifications in law and commerce from the UNSW, Charles has previously worked in Australia and overseas as a chartered accountant, stockbroker, and as an equities portfolio manager at NRMA, before founding his own equities advisory business in Queensland in 1998. Charles is also a current Fellow of the AICD, is RG146 compliant, and has completed an Australian Aged Care Accreditation course.
Robert Hadley
Director, Co-Founder
Robert is an experienced financial services executive, having occupied positions of substantial responsibility, such as Chief Operating Officer, in a global banking career spanning over 30 years working for prominent banks in Australia, the United Kingdom, Singapore, The Netherlands, Romania, and Saudi Arabia.
In early 2020, Robert co-founded Geras Partners, a private equity aged care advice platform, which supports older Australians transitioning to their golden years, and make the most of their residential aged care options, and take full advantage of their pension entitlements.
In addition to a Master of Business Administration degree from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the UNSW, Robert is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and has completed an Australian Aged Care Accreditation course.
